Zarraffa's Coffee Redbank Plains

Simply incredible service from the staff this morning (Sat 27/09/25). Staff went above & beyond to amend our order that we placed incorrectly. Despite it being our own fault, staff replaced our drink for free, and did so with the utmost kindness & efficiency. I've spent most of my working life in customer facing roles, and have trained a large cohort of staff over the years. I can say with certainty that I haven't experienced such a friendly & capable team in any industry or workplace. The staff should feel incredible pride in their quality of service, and a special kudos to the manager for their obvious influence. This was our very first visit, but will undoubtedly be returning as regularly as possible. Thanks Zarraffa's team!

We had a good flat white here, ordered extra shot in short size takeaway cup. Enjoyed the flavour & strength. My friend had a banana thick shake, which was also made well made. Great service.

By far the best employees I’ve seen in a coffee shop. Always professional and friendly, excellent customer service in store and through the drive through. They’re fantastic, taught barristers ensure I go back repeatedly. Coffee here is always perfection, and if there’s something wrong with the order, they fix it immediately. Thank you staff at Zarraffas Redbank Plains for keeping Caffeinated, and thank you for your service.

There was an accident outside the drive thru today and the team handled it so well. As always, the coffee is great, the service is great and the food is great too. It was so busy as everyone had to order inside rather than use the drive thru and the service was so quick, it took maybe 5 minutes for us to get 2 coffees and 3 lots of food. I would say it’s one of the only places to get a great coffee in the area, have been coming here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you for your hard work and friendly welcomes team! True gem of Redbank Plains!

I don't know who trains these guys but many other food service drive thru's should take a leaf out of this stores training book. Outstanding service, even when the drive thru is full. Very rarely do they ever get it wrong. All staff are brilliant!!

There's excellent customer service, then there's Zaraffa's team at Redbank Plains which can only be described as SUPERB customer service. As soon as you enter the store, you can just feel the difference - it is bustling with positive energy, their smiles a feast to the eyes, the genuine warmth in their voices as they serve customers melodious to the ears, and the pleasantness with which they communicate to the costumers AND each other is such a treat to witness. I visit this branch about twice a month for my coffee dates with my mother and Every. Single. Time. the customer service experience is just spectacular. This is how a coffee shop should be, just my two cents - coffee done right and customer service that actually starts my day right when they say "Have a great day!" :)
